Torah Study - Bo

Parashah Bo brings the final and most devastating plagues upon Egypt, culminating in the death of the firstborn. In preparation, God institutes the Passover, instructing Israel to mark their homes with the blood of a lamb as a sign of protection.

This moment becomes the defining act of redemption, as God passes over His people and leads them out of slavery. The parashah establishes lasting memorials -- including Passover and the consecration of the firstborn -- ensuring that future generations remember God’s deliverance. It is a powerful picture of judgment, mercy, and redemption.
